CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a loss of deposit or a 50% service charge. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Late Arrivals Please inform us if you are running late—we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, arrivals more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time may result in an automatic cancellation unless communicated otherwise. Minors Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to receive services. Service Satisfaction If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us within 72 hours to schedule a complimentary touch-up.
